New Life Cathedral believes that the scriptures, both Old and New Testament, are the inspired word of God, without error, and a complete revelation of His/Christ will for salvation. We accept the Bible as the only infallible guide, and rule of our faith and practice. (II Timothy 3:6-17)

We believe in the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit each fully God, each showing the divine nature, all functioning as One. (I Corinthians 12:4-6; II Corinthians 13:14; Ephesians 4:4-6)

 

We believe that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the true God, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice of our sins, according to the Scriptures. ( Matthew 1:18; Luke 18:31-33; Mark 16:19)

 

We believe in the filling of the Holy Spirit with the manifestation of other tongues. (Acts 2:4)

We believe that Water Baptism and the Lord's Supper, also known as communion are ordinances to be observed by the Body of Christ. (Mark 1:4,5;

We believe that eternal life through salvation is a gift, which we cannot earn. Every man/woman was created in the image of God, but through Adam's fall into sin is therefore lost. (Romans 5:12)

We believe that only through sincere repentance of sin, and the confession that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, will salvation be obtained according to:

We believe in the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ. The bodily resurrection of the dead in Christ (rapture), and the eternal unification with Christ Jesus. (I Corinthians 15:50-57)

We believe that all who reject the Love of God will be judged, punished and eternally separated from God (Hell). (Matthew 24:1; Mark 3:29; 16:16)
